Our Low-Cost Workplace Strength + DISC report

This is our lower-cost two-part selection report that is ideal for entry level or hourly employee testing.  It measures and answers the following essential Work Ethic questions that are relevant for virtually ANY job:

  1. Can this candidate work effectively in a team environment?
  2. Will this candidate be able to get things done?
  3. Can this candidate prioritize their activities? (discerning the critical from the normal)
  4. Will this candidate be Personally Accountable for their own actions?

This report also incorporates the Key results from the DISC communication assessment and provides a hiring recommendation.  The report also contains a series of relevant interviewing questions and, should you decide to use them, a series of developmental suggestions.  This low-cost report represents a tremendous value for the hourly or entry level candidate evaluation.
